The data is kept as long as there is an active contract with the customer.
If a customer wishes to make a complaint regarding the storage policy, it may do so by specifying the relevant legal basis for such complaint. In response, Globe Protocol declares its compliance with the legal obligation.
If the locations regarding personal data processing activities are changed, customers will be informed in a timely manner by e-mail (before the change is officially implemented), with the opportunity to object to such change and to seek a legal remedy. If the data subject objects to the location changes, the customer has the right to request that the service be terminated and thus their data no longer be processed. To ensure that the objection in question does not interfere with the cloud service's operations and no data is unlawfully processed, the data subject will submit such an objection before the change is officially implemented.
Globe Protocol declares that no agreement will be entered into with another sub-processor or sub-contractor without the consent of the data subject, after the data subject has given a fully informed consent. If such consent is given, the sub-processor or sub-contractor is bound by the same data protection obligations (GDPR obligations) through an agreement between the cloud service and the relevant sub-processor or sub-contractor, as well as by providing services in the territory of the EU, which itself obliges them to comply with the GDPR.
At the request of a customer, the cloud service may share the content of the agreements with the sub-processors or sub-contractors, in whole or in part, to demonstrate compliance with the same level of protection. Moreover, Globe Protocol declares that it remains fully liable to the data subjects for compliance with the data protection obligations imposed on the sub-processors or sub-contractors engaged.
If the contract with the sub-processors or sub-contractors is changed, the customers will be informed in good time, before the change is implemented, with the opportunity to object to such change, and the possibility to seek an appropriate solution. The data subject has the right to request termination of the agreement between the data subject and the cloud service, if the objection cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of the customer. Since this process takes place before a change is officially implemented, the data subject is given sufficient time to arrange an alternative service.
Globe Protocol represents that it maintains records of personal data processing activities carried out in connection with our service, which can be made available to supervisory authorities upon request. Such record shall include Globe Protocol's contact details, together with the contact details of each customer on whose behalf Globe Protocol processes personal data, and the contact details of Globe Protocol's DPO. In addition, the file shall contain a list of categories of processing of personal data carried out in connection with our services on behalf of each of our customers.
Globe Protocol declares that there are no data transfers outside the European Union to third countries.
Globe Protocol only provides third parties and only if necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. For example, we may share your personal data with web applications, suppliers and hosting providers necessary for the operation of our site and web functionalities, such as a chat function. We handle your personal data with care by, among other things, aggregating or anonymising your personal data as much as possible and entering into a processing agreement with third parties acting as processors.
If you give permission through AnyID to share (certain) personal data with an AnyID-affiliated organisation, that organisation is independently responsible for the further processing of your personal data. We therefore recommend that you consult the privacy statement/statement of the relevant organisation if you want to know more about how your personal data is processed after you have provided it to that organisation through AnyID.

Globe Protocol takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. Such statement shall include the description of the breach, the name and contact details of the data protection officer, the likely consequences of such breach, including the measures taken to address the breach and possible measures to mitigate the possible negative consequences.
At the request of the data subject, a restriction on further processing of data is possible, whereby the cloud provider will stop processing, but may still store the data for legal reasons. Upon consent of the data subject, further processing operations may be possible.
You have the right to access, correct, transfer to another provider or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Globe Protocol.
