We're past the experimentation phase. Product market fit is there. Go to market is running. Now we're entering the next stage: scaling, both commercially and technically. More outlets, more consmers, more interactions. What we build today needs to hold when volumes grows 10x and beyond.

That's where you come in.

We're looking for a developer who enjoys thinking before building. Someone who understands trade offs, cares about architecture and wants to design systems that last. You work across the stack, with a focus on backend. The core of our product. You don't just build features. You build something that gets used every day.

What will you do?

• You design and build scalable systems that support our growth.
• You take ownership of backend services and contribute across the full stack when needed.
• You work with our core stack: Go, React, React Native and Azure.
• You think through architecture and technical design before writing code.
• You build systems that handle increasing volume and real time usage.
• You collaborate closely with product and commercial teams to translate real world needs into technical solutions.
• You help improve our infrastructure and deployment processes where relevant.
• You make technical decisions that directly impact how the product performs in practice.

Who are you?

• You have 3-5+ years of experience as a software developer.
• You are comfortable working full stack, but strongest on the backend.
• You have experience with object-oriented programming. Go is a strong plus.
• You think in systems, not just features.
• You know how to build scalable and maintainable architectures.
• You are not afraid to work with infrastructure or frontend when needed.
• You are pragmatic and care about quality and long-term impact.
• You care about building things that are actually used, not just technically correct.
• You enjoy working in a fast-moving startup environment.
• You use AI as a tool to move faster, but you don't compromise on code quality or clear thinking.
