Customer Success & Communications Specialist

Location: Eindhoven | Type: Full-time | Level: Junior | Salary indication: €2,800 - €3,200 based on experience

Are you an energetic multitasker Who loves variety and switching between different disciplines? At AnyID, you will have a versatile role that combines customer contact, communication, content creation and event organisation. You are the first point of contact for new customers and the connecting link between sales, marketing and product.

No two days are the same. One day you will supervise an onboarding in which you explain our platform to a new customer, the next day you will work on a video for our socials, consult with sales on customer insights or help with a live demo on location. All with a good dose of energy, enthusiasm and flair.

What will you do?

  • You will guide new customers in their onboarding and explain our platform in an understandable way.
  • You answer questions, think with them and make customers feel heard.
  • You will create content for our socials (think short videos, customer stories, tips & tricks).
  • You will organise and support live demos, mini-events and customer meetings.
  • You work closely with sales, marketing and the product team - you connect, translate and reinforce.

Who are you?

  • You have an HBO background (for example: communications, media or marketing).
  • You are enthusiastic, sociable and like to explain things clearly.
  • You love variety and switch effortlessly between different tasks and people.
  • You have broad interests and pick things up quickly.
  • You are creative with content and also enjoy being visible (including on camera).
  • You live in (the vicinity of) Eindhoven and are available for (mini) events on location.

Outbound Sales Specialist - North-East Netherlands

Location: Zwolle - Arnhem - Utrecht - Enschede region | Type: Full-time | Level: Medior | Salary: €2,850 + up to maximum 100% bonus

You are social, curious and know how to get people moving. You work with smart AI tools that support you throughout the sales process: from lead selection to follow-up. So you can focus on what counts - the conversation, the contact, the result.

What will you do?

  • You approach hospitality businesses in your region and present our loyalty solution in a way that suits you.
  • In many cases, you speak directly to the owner - you know how to make the most of that moment.
  • You close deals, supported by smart technology.
  • You will think about product development and commercial approach.
  • You will help build a flexible sales organisation with room for your ideas.

Who are you?

  • You have an HBO background (e.g. Commercial Economics, Hotel School, NHTV or similar).
  • You understand the world of service and hospitality.
  • You already have some experience in sales and are ready for the next step.
  • You have an affinity for apps, technology and AI.
  • You live in the Apeldoorn/Zutphen region (max 30-45 min travel time in your working area).
  • You are flexible in terms of working hours - (hospitality) entrepreneurs do not always work from 9 to 5.
  • You are ambitious and want to build a team over time.
